Hi there everyone! I am ecstatic to say that I am the new Mercedes-Benz service advisor at the Serra Auto Campus, starting August 2023! I have been a service writer for over three years now and my background has fifteen plus years of customer centered experiences. I am known for my positive energy, smiling face, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service capabilities. My favorite part of this career is the end gratification from each individual client experience. I love building personal relationships with all my guests to meet their vehicle needs and pride myself on having lucidity in every instance. My previous clients raved that you can't find this type of service anywhere. So, I am up for the challenge here and I hope you are ready for a great experience at Serra Auto Campus too! In my personal time, I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family! My daughter Aziya started kindergarten this year, so I am a blessed and proud mommy!
